Wound healing of football in Afghanistan

One of the biggest challenges in Afghanistan is something imposed on itself, you see, we have determined that it is best to "win hearts and minds" and therefore we used in building a small nation, the first step to ensure the security there, easier said than done with the insurgents from Pakistan and Iran and the Taliban still threatening in various other players and the occasional jihadist. There are FDI, betrayal community, and people to switch sides faster than a game of musical chairs.

So what should we do, fly a kite? Well, the job is quite interesting that could, but I also have another thought here, why not build soccer fields? How so you ask. Well, here's a quick overview of what I have in mind, so let me explain and then we'll talk about it.

Phase I

Have Elders bless and take partial credit
Build soccer fields in all the cities / towns / villages
10-Make them side by side, or two rows of five
Use "Power Kite" for lighting for night play
For drop-to-use "water of the air" irrigation technologies
Supply networks, the goal posts, chalk marking, grass seed, uniforms, etc. (purchased in the country)

Phase II

Type power iPad tablets to keep a door, run the tournament schedule and applications for practice.
-Use techniques Tech plays, coaches teach.
Athletes must compete to play well in school, the elders decide what level they must achieve.
Teaching children, mining, metallurgy, construction, road building, construction, etc.
-Shooting games, players, published on YouTube Afghan style.
One day a week - kite competitions, where the best drivers have come to the competition.
Do not give people hope and show them hope, give them a reason to live their lives to live and enjoy life. It's a real change.

Well, recently I have submitted this proposal, a golf team debate is the future policy of the United States, along with future military commanders. I was asked what are the possible risks would such a concept. Yes, there were some risks, but these could be turned into advantages.

Risks:

. 1) condemns the Taliban play football as a work unfaithful, she works to undermine - could also lead to a serious back injury, whip the community against the Taliban
2). Seniors could see their authority undermined.

Are you beginning to understand why the plan is and what needs to be done to progress in the wonderful name, "winning hearts and minds" in Afghanistan? In fact, I ask that you consider all that and think to enjoy, and if you have other suggestions, please contact me by e-mail.
